01Domestic Delivery

Delivery Coverage

Indian Laila is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We currently deliver orders within India only. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Within Jaipur: 3–5 business days.
• Other locations in India: 5–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Order processing and dispatch take place on business days, excluding national holidays and announced store closures.

Shipping Rates & Tracking

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
• Once your package is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or other available communication channels.

02Product Returns

Return Conditions

We take great care in packaging your orders. You may request a return if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, subject to the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted on the same day as order delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• You must have the original purchase receipt or invoice.
• Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided for verification.

Returns due to a change of mind or personal preference are not accepted unless otherwise approved by Indian Laila or required by applicable law.

03How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 – Notify Us

Contact Indian Laila customer support on the same day you receive your order through phone or email.

Step 2 – Submit Proof

Please provide the following details:

• Order ID
• Registered phone number
• Clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, invoice, and the reported defect, damage, missing item, or incorrect product.

Step 3 – Verification & Approval

Our team will review your request and inform you whether it is eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

04Return Pickup & Shipment

• Domestic Returns (India): After verification and approval, our team will arrange a pickup where available or provide instructions for returning the parcel through a designated courier service.
• Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
• If a return is due to an error on our part, Indian Laila will communicate the applicable return shipping arrangements.

• Please retain the original packaging until your order has been checked.
• Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Indian Laila is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery, except where required by applicable law.
