Indian Laila currently ships orders across India only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

03Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 days. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations and other circumstances affecting transportation.
04Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct name, mobile number, house/flat number, street, area, city, state and PIN code. Indian Laila cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
05Courier & Delivery
Orders are delivered through available delivery and courier services. Once an order has been handed over for delivery, delivery timelines may depend on the courier partner and destination. Customers may be contacted by the delivery partner regarding delivery arrangements.
06Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete address details and unexpected logistical circumstances. Indian Laila will make reasonable efforts to assist with the delivery.
07Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or does not respond to the delivery partner, the order may be subject to re-delivery arrangements by the courier. Customers should ensure that the provided phone number remains reachable during the delivery period.
08Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact Indian Laila as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
09Delivery Confirmation
Customers should check the package and product condition upon delivery. If there is an issue with the received order, please contact us promptly with the relevant order details and supporting information.
10Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed to the customer during the ordering or checkout process before the order is completed.
